Europa Clipper Images From JPL

Hardware for Europa Clipper, including the nine science instruments, was developed at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Southern California, and at partner institutions and contractor facilities across the United States and Europe. Most of the components were added to the spacecraft at JPL. A few parts, like the solar panels, are being added at Kennedy Space Center. (See the KSC gallery above.)

One of the spacecraft’s star tracker telescopes is visible jutting from the nadir deck diagonally toward the upper right. It has a red cap on the end. Two other red covers are visible on the instrument.
